Tibzpayis an invoice follow-up service operated by Tibs Tech Company Limited (“we”, “us”). It helps businesses send payment reminders for their invoices via WhatsApp or email and collect payments through licensed payment providers.

Information we process

• Business account data: the name and contact details of the business using Tibzpay.
• Client and invoice data entered by that business: client names, phone numbers, email addresses, invoice amounts, due dates and payment records.
• Messages:payment reminders sent on the business’s behalf via the WhatsApp Business Platform (operated by Meta Platforms, Inc.) or email, replies received to those messages, and message delivery status.
• Payment events reported by payment providers (e.g. mobile money or card processors) so that reminders stop as soon as an invoice is settled.

How we use it

Solely to operate the service: scheduling and sending invoice reminders, pausing reminders when a client replies or pays, and showing the business the status of its invoices. We do not sell personal data, use it for advertising, or share it with third parties beyond the service providers needed to run Tibzpay(hosting, database, messaging via Meta’s WhatsApp Business Platform, transactional email delivery, and payment processing).

Retention & deletion

Data is kept for as long as the business account is active. To request deletion of your data — whether you are a business using Tibzpay or a client who has received messages from it — contact us at the address below and we will delete the associated records.

Communication choices

Clients can pause automatic email reminders using the private preference link included in each reminder. Businesses can also select a preferred reminder channel, pause reminders for a period, or use manual follow-up only. Addresses that bounce or report a message as spam are blocked from further email delivery until the business confirms a replacement address.
